During the 1970’s two sons, Fletch and Doug, returned to help manage the family operation. During this time, Ingleside’s B & B nursery operation expanded to include a commercial vineyard and winery. In the early 1990’s, the nursery, again, expanded its operation to include a pot-n-pot growing area, and perennials in containers. Today, Fletch is President of the corporation and nursery operations and Doug is proprietor of Ingleside Vineyards, a 50 acre vineyard and winery which today produces a limited production of award-winning wines.

Located in the beautiful Northern Neck area of Virginia, Ingleside Nurseries owns 3,000 acres with approximately 1,800 acres dedicated to nursery production. The nursery acreage is located within a five-mile radius of the main office on 22 different farm locations. Soil types range from heavy clay loam to sandy loam, allowing a wide variety of plant material to be produced by utilizing soil types best suited for each variety’s proper growth and digging.   The nursery employs 100 full-time and 50 part-time employees. Ingleside works with Green Extraction Technologies LLC to contract dig all B&B material.
